Fiestas 2005-2006

La fecha: 31 de Diciembre de 2005. El lugar: restaurante Marini (Buenos Aires). El motivo: CELEBRAR FIN DE AÑO!!! Aquí estábamos tres de las cuatro mujeres Rada. La otra, "pobrecita" estaba en París, junto al único integrante masculino de la familia, el Tío Hugo. El resultado: La Omma, La Piru y Pamelinka (para mí no hay "la" porque es grasa!) dispuestas a todo para divertirse...

The date: December 31 2005. The place: restaurante Marini (Buenos Aires). The excuse: Celebrate New Year´s Eve. So, we were three of the four Rada´s women. The other one, "poor lady" was in Paris, with the only man of the family, Oncle Hugo. The result: The Omma, The Piru and Pamelinka (no "the" for me, bad manners!!) dressed to kill and prepared to everything to have fun.

La noche comenzaba... Pero La Omma ya estaba a full, con su típica sonrisa Kodak...

The night was starting... But the Omma was already on, with her Kodak smile.

Tuve que sacarme una autofoto para probar que estaba en la fiesta! El problema de ser la fotógrafa...

I had to take me a picture, just to show I´ve been there! This happens when you are the photographer...

Entonces, Mami vio mi autofoto y se apiadó... Ahora tengo una presentable.

And then the Piru saw the other picture, and she felt sorry. So now I have a respectable picture.

Y también comimos. Y mucho. Sólo algunos ejemplos. Mostrar más da vergüenza.

And we ate too. A lot. Just a few examples. I will be embarrassed if I show more...

También hubo show, al que escuchamos muy atentamente...

Empezamos el baile... Y las tres a mover las cachas!!!

And the dancing started. Let´s go!

Ya sé. No me retes Mami, no saliste favorecida, pero lo importante es mostrar el "dancing"

Y sí, ella no quería ser menos, y con sus 77 años anduvo moviendo el esqueleto.

She wanted to be part of the party too. Despite her 77 years old, she can dance like a young lady.

Sí, sí. Yo también bailé. Aunque no lo crean. Pero la música estaba buena.

Yes!!! I danced too. Eventhough you can´t believe it. But the music was great.

Miren el fondo, atrás de la Diosa... Sí son burbujas!!! Bien por los efectos especiales de Marini.

And the dancing went on....

Entonces, llegó el cotillón... Y ahí sí, volcamos las tres...

And then, they gave us costumes... Nothing else to add.

Quién es esa chica? Wow!!! Qué Diosa!!!

Who´s that girl? Wow!!! She is sexy!!!

Y sí... Es la Omma otra vez... No se pierde una. La de atrás tampoco, aunque tenga las florcitas confundidas...

Yes... It´s the Omma again. She didn´t want to miss one. The one behind her neither, even her flowers were confused.

Me olvidé de contar que la fiesta se suponía ambientada en los ´60s. ¿Se supone que ese pelo se usaba en esa época?

I forgot to tell you that it was a party remembering the ´60s (or at least it was suppossed). I have to guess that that hair was used at that time????

Qué podemos decir al respecto? Ya sabemos que sos hermosa.... Pero, siempre un candidato??? Dónde quedó la moral???

No words for this... We all know she is so pretty... But, always, always a guy appears? Where is your moral mother???

Después de tanto baile y festejo, otra vez en la mesa, posamos para la cámara...

After all the party and dancing, back to the table, we just played with the camera...

Van a ver tres estilos... Che, yo también quería ponerme la peluca!!! Entre el pelo naranja y esos anteojos, no me veo sexy???

You are going to see three different styles... Che, I wanted to use the wig too!!! With my orange hair and my glasses, don´t I look sexy???

La Piru no quiso ser menos y se mostró con un Lennon alegre...

The Piru didn´t want to be less, and she showed herself with joyfull Lennon style.

Por supuesto que Omma iba a estar presente!!! Y por supuesto también que iba a elegir un estilo Moulin Rouge... Sos una ídola Omma!

Of course Omma was going to be present!!! And of course she was going to choose a Moulin Rouge style... You are great, Omma!!!

Como habrán visto, hemos pasado un gran fin de año. Altamente recomendable el lugar.
Ahora terminando con la muestra, vamos a rendirle un pequeño homenaje a los dos ausentes.

As you have probably seen, we had a great New Year´s Eve. I hardly reccommend this restaurant. Now, just to finish, I would like to remember the two absents.

Si, siento mucho que hayan estado en Paris, y se hayan perdido esta gran fiesta. Lo siento también por la foto, pero es la única que tenía de los dos.


I am so sorry you were in Paris and you missed this great party... Sorry too, for the picture, but it is the only one I had of the two of them.

Espero que les haya gustado, o al menos divertido. Estuvo muy bueno hacerlo. Así que espero repetir pronto la experiencia.
